We recently stayed at a hotel near Delhi airport, SK Premium park, and had a great experience. the location was ideal as it was just a short distance from the airport and easily accessible by metro. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. the breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. We were pleasantly surprised by the rooftop swimming pool which had an amazing view of the city.

The gym was a bit small and didn't have much equipment to use.

Location no so near the airport and metro as told in the web. More than 15 km. Hotel staff no professional. There is no coordination between staff. Service is slow, poor and no proffessional. Took more than 1 hour to do the check in. And same with check out. We missed breakfast and almost miss the plane due to bad management of reception staff.

Comfy bed, good room facilities and breakfast

The main reason for choosing the hotel was for the pool and because it was only 15 minutes from the airport. However, it was about 30 mins from the airport (on a quiet weekend) and the pool was closed for the weekend for maintenance. I complained, as I just wanted a nice chilled day by the pool, but there was no recompense offered and only forced apologies. Apparently it's 'complimentary' and therefore tough luck if the pool is closed. Some of the fixtures and fittings were also shabby for a new hotel, particularly in the bathroom (where the shower didn't work properly) and the restaurant.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and well-suited for a business traveler like me. The TV had a wide selection of channels, and the WiFi was reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The highlight of my experience was definitely the rooftop pool, which offered breathtaking views of the city. It was a perfect place to unwind after a long day of work.

I noticed that the design of the pool seemed a bit outdated and uncared for, but it didn't affect my overall experience.

Our room was not stocked with double supplies and the minibar was empty when we arrived. We had to contact the reception several times before the problem was resolved.

The hotel is not a five stars, maximun four because doesn't have available all the facilities they list in the website. When we went the swimming pool was dirty and under manteinance 3 days. The service is poor and they dont know the european standards and ypu don't feel in a 5 stars hotel. Some of the servive people is rude and without knowledge of english.

Great value for money! the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was attentive. the breakfast had a diverse selection of dishes to choose from, and the rooftop pool was a plus with stunning views of the city.

The location wasn't ideal as it was quite noisy at night. the menu options for dinner were limited and there were a few issues with the hot water in the shower.

The stay was good.The buffet was a good mix and tasted good..

There should be a facility to house drivers near by at a cost ....

Excellent value for money. Staffs remembers name, choice of food / drink, are very helpfull, and assist with basically everything. Very clean and new designer room. Great food.

Nothing much really, wifi is free but a bit overly complex to use.

The rooftop swimming pool was a great place to relax with a beautiful view of the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing prompt room service and helping us with directions to nearby attractions. The location was convenient, only a short distance from public transportation and within walking distance of several shops and restaurants.

The hot water supply was inconsistent, making it difficult to take a shower at times. The breakfast buffet was limited and could use some improvement.

I booked the hotel on the basis that it is a plaza hotel and therefore would be comfortable. I read other reviews on Booked.net which were mainly adverse comments. Nevertheless the photographs were impressive So went ahead with booking...bad move. The hotel rooms were dirty as was the dining room, the quality of the food at breakfast was poor, never again park plaza at hari nagar for me.

The receptionists, spacious room, TV channels, reliable wifi, rooftop pool with city views, nearby restaurant with great food and attentive barman.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Ram Kumar at the front desk. The hotel had good cleanliness standards and nice facilities, including a rooftop swimming pool with great views over the city. The breakfast provided was tasty and we found the beds comfortable.
